Job Duties:
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
- System startup and commissioning.
- Interface with CAD Department and shop for drawings and panel assembly on your project
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Assist in generating new projects from existing customers and generate proposals and quotations which may include some preliminary engineering and design.
- Maintain accurate time records and provide weekly documentation of time per project and task to the Engineering Manager.
- All employees are responsible for reading, understanding and complying with the Employee Manual and company safety policies.
- Ultimately responsible for the schematic drawings, PLC programming, operator interface design, panel design and documentation for specific projects as directed by the Engineering Manager or Senior Project Engineer.
- Such other and further responsibilities as directed by the Engineering Manager or Senior Project Engineer.
Experience & Requirements:
- At least two years of applicable experience as an Engineer.
- Substantial knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
- Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Candidate must have completed at least an associate degree in a related field.
- Candidate must be able to adequately pass background, drug, and physical screenings.
